This charming detached house is nestled in a beautiful location overlooking the Vienne Valley, set on a spacious 4,000 m² plot filled with trees and flowers. The 90 m² property features a cozy living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed on the raised ground floor. The first floor offers two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (120 cm and 90 cm), as well as a baby bed. There is a toilet and a toilet area for added convenience.

The property is equipped with central heating, and guests can enjoy the convenience of a garage, two barbecues (including a stone one), and a pétanque court for outdoor fun. A small balcony terrace provides a stunning view of the surrounding valley. The house is situated within a secure, video-monitored enclosure, ensuring privacy and safety. A beautiful, flowery garden completes the idyllic setting.

The rental price includes wood for the fireplace, but electricity usage exceeding 8 kWh per day and heating are charged on-site. Bed linens and bathroom towels are available for rent. Housekeeping is the tenant's responsibility, though an optional cleaning service can be arranged. For stays longer than 15 days, the owner will maintain the grounds during your visit. The property also has a refundable deposit, which is returned if the house is left clean.
