Accommodation:
In a residence with elevator, the apartment is made up of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a storage room and a large terrace overlooking the Capuchin beaches. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system and each bedroom is equipped with wall fans hung from the ceiling.

On the night side you will find two bedrooms, each with two single beds 90 x 190 cm put together (making a double bed 180 cm) and several storage options.

In the bathroom, you will find a large double sink, a towel dryer and a bathtub.

The living room is made up of two sofas and a television with a DVD and cassette player perfect for the little ones!

The terrace has a dining table so you can enjoy a good meal with a breathtaking view of Capuchin Beach.

Parking:
The apartment has a private parking space inside the residence. The residence is completely closed by a code gate and an electric gate.

Equipment:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good set of appliances, you have everything you need to cook! Air conditioning in the living room.

The environment :
Capucins Beach is a pretty beach located right next to the small Capucins port. Made of sand and gravel, the Plage des Capucins benefits from all the amenities: lifeguard station, toilets, play area for children.

A sandy play area has been created and nearby restaurants make it a safe and pleasant family beach to go to.

And like all the beaches of La Ciotat, it offers an astonishing landscape between the famous Bec de l'Aigle and the enchanting bay.

Sheets and towels:
As a paid option and on request (20 euros for a single bed kit / 25 euros for a double bed kit and 15 euros for towels with one large and one small per person).

Household :
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.

Animals:
Not admitted out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
You will be asked for a credit card imprint when handing over the keys. The amount is equal to one week's rental.
