This spacious 200m² holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms, each with its own unique setup. Bedroom 1 offers two electric beds (80 cm), while Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunk beds (90 cm). Bedroom 3 includes a 140 cm bed and a desk, and Bedroom 4 features two electric beds (80 cm) that can be pushed together. The property has 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, and a separate toilet for added convenience. Enjoy the outdoors with two terraces, a built-in barbecue, and a private enclosed garden. Note that pets are not allowed, and there is a private parking area with space for two vehicles.

The house is ideally located near the stunning Chassiron lighthouse, at the northern tip of the island, where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Saint-Denis d'Olיron is a charming coastal village with narrow streets, traditional stone houses, and a lively fishing port, offering a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The area also provides a variety of local cafes and markets, perfect for exploring the islands authentic culture and cuisine.

Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a cozy living room with a TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment. The property also offers an unheated above-ground swimming pool (available from June 15 to September 15) and a ping-pong table for additional recreational fun. End-of-stay cleaning is included, but bed linens and towels are available at an additional cost.
