Excellent house in Sant Feliu de Guíxols 600 m from the beach with all kinds of amenities to spend an unforgettable vacation on the Costa Brava.

The accommodation is located in the center of the town and close to the main beaches and coves in the area as well as the best mountain routes. The region offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourist activities with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, shopping centers and a countless offer of the best gastronomy in the region, with a variety of Michelin-starred restaurants as well as local restaurants and international gastronomy.

When we enter the house we find a large space that includes a dining room, living room and kitchen. From here we have access to a beautiful terrace and the internal courtyard, where you can spend long periods of time in the sun and shade. They have tables, chairs, umbrella, barbecue, ... On the same floor we have a toilet and access to a storage room. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the others with a single bed each) and a bathroom with shower and WC. From one of the bedrooms there is access to a balcony with a view of the park next to the house.
