The accommodation has two large bedrooms with double bed (140x200) and closet and a sofa. convertible in the living room.
In the garden, completely fenced, you will find a large shaded terrace facing South and North, a smaller, very pleasant space for naps in the summer.

The town of Vias will win you over. through a multitude of activities such as: a visit to André's art gallery; Malraux, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, of enjoying a day outside. the Europark or even bike rental and the joy of walking along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very simple via cycle paths (2.5km) or directly with on-site parking. Many aquatic activities are offered on the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... By train: Vias railway station is located next door. 1 kilometers from the historic center of Vias. For people preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station welcoming TER and TGV. This station is only’ 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d’Agde airport allows you to come to the airport. Via by plane. This aerodrome is located at 5 kilometers from downtown Vias.
By bus: The H&eac;rault Transport company connects Vias to different towns in Hérault.


A deposit worth 300€ you will be asked to do so. your arrival.

Travelers are invited to bring back their bed and bath linens. If you prefer to entrust us with the preparation of your beds, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10. per person and per stay.
The rental does not include cleaning fees and are subject to change. You have a vacuum cleaner and everything you need for cleaning at your disposal.
However, if you wish, we can make it happen to you. your place for a flat rate of 80€ including tax.
