This 39m² ground-floor gîte, part of a 16-unit hamlet, comfortably accommodates up to five guests. It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and a sofa bed plus a single bed in the 20m² living room. The description does not specify whether pets are allowed. Located within a 30-hectare landscaped and flowery park in the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, the hamlet is ideal for families with children or teenagers. On-site amenities include a supervised swimming pool (open during specific hours in July/August, with some public access and special Thursday evening openings), a common room with Wi-Fi (July/August), tennis, a multi-sports platform, ping-pong, a fitness trail, a fishing pond, children's games, a play park, and geocaching. Village shops are 300m away, and a doctor is 3km away. Nearby activities include swimming, the Espace Hermeline leisure park, a greenway, and farm visits.
The gîte features a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom area with a separate toilet and shower cubicle, and electric heating. A covered terrace with a barbecue is provided, and there is a shared laundry room. Baby equipment is available upon reservation. The rental price includes water and a limited daily electricity allowance during the off-season (October 1 to May 31). Excess electricity, end-of-stay cleaning (not offered in high season), and optional extras are payable on-site. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
