This cozy studio cabin, located on the 4th floor with an elevator, is ideal for families and accommodates up to 4 people. The living area features a 160 cm BZ convertible sofa, a TV, and a loggia, while the cabin contains two 80 cm bunk beds (note: the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 or adults over 16). Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €28 per week. A security deposit of €400 is required on-site via a VISA bank imprint.

The residence is perfectly situated in the Avant-Port neighborhood, just 60 meters from the beach and 100 meters from shops, making it easy to explore the local area. With public parking nearby, you can easily access cafes, markets, and other attractions, providing convenience for your stay. Whether you want to enjoy the beach or explore local dining spots, everything is within reach.

The apartment includes an equipped kitchenette with an oven, hotplates, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. A separate shower room with a sink and WC ensures comfort. The loggia offers additional space for relaxation. Optional services such as cleaning can be arranged before your arrival for added convenience.
