Each apartment features a living room with two sofa beds (one with a trundle bed), a bedroom with a double bed, and a cabin with bunk beds, accommodating families or groups. Pets are welcome (with passport, excluding category 1 or 2 dogs) for €75/week or €12/day. Bed linen, bathroom linen, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen and dishes) are included.

Located 500m from the beach and 1.3km from Soulac-sur-Mer's village center (with shops and restaurants), this holiday home provides access to both seaside relaxation and local amenities. The Médoc peninsula offers various attractions, including vineyards (newly labeled "Vineyards and Discoveries"), surfing beaches, and the “Vélodyssée” cycling circuit. On-site, guests can enjoy a swimming pool (open April to end of September) with a paddling pool, a play area, and pétanque/ping-pong facilities. A children's club (900m away on the beach) operates in July/August.

Each apartment includes an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a WC. Wi-Fi and a television are included. Free outdoor parking is available (subject to availability). A baby kit (folding bed, chair, changing mat, stroller) can be booked (€45/week or €33 for short stays), subject to availability. Breakfast service is available in July/August (reservations required). A tourist tax is payable on site.
