This recently renovated duplex apartment, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a charming building, comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Sleeping arrangements include two single beds (90x190cm) in the upstairs bedroom and a two-person sofa bed in the mezzanine. This apartment is not recommended for those with cat allergies. Pets are prohibited, and the apartment is non-smoking. A ski locker and parking space are provided (though parking availability is not guaranteed).
Located in Morillon, this holiday home is ideally situated near local attractions. In winter, it is 100 meters from the gondola accessing the ski area and 200m from a butcher and supermarket. In summer, the Lac Bleu leisure center, offering biking, pony riding, swimming, and tree climbing, is 500m away, with the butcher and supermarket remaining at 200m.
