Located just a short walk from the lake, this charming gîte is situated on the 1st and 2nd floors of a chalet with four independent apartments. The property offers a bird’s eye view of the lake from the balcony, with easy access to the water (200m) and the town center (800m), which provides all necessary amenities. The Mauselaine ski station, accessible by shuttle, is just 3 km away. The Alsace region is also within reach, located about an hour away via the Col de la Schlucht.

The gîte is laid out over two levels. On the first level, you’ll find an independent kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a WC. The second level features two attic sleeping areas with 2 single beds (90 cm) and a double bed (140/200 cm). The cottage is south-facing, providing beautiful views of the lake, and includes electric heating for comfort throughout your stay.

Amenities include a balcony, private parking space, and additional space nearby for a trailer or other vehicles. The property is professionally managed, and the owners will personally welcome you at the gîte, with a key box available if necessary. Please note that sheets, towels, and cleaning services are not included in the rental price, and pets may incur an additional fee. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted unless an electric charging station is available.
