This independent family villa offers a spacious 120 m² living area, accommodating 8-10 guests. It features three bedrooms, including one with a 160 cm bed, another with two 90 cm beds, and a third with four 80 cm bunk beds (ideal for children). The villa also includes a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. Pets under 10 kg are welcome for a small supplement. The property boasts a large enclosed garden, a private 10 x 5 meter swimming pool, and outdoor parking for several cars. End-of-stay cleaning is available for €150.

Located near the beautiful beaches of Nartelle in Sainte-Maxime, the villa offers stunning sea views in a peaceful, rural setting.
