This beautiful modern apartment is located on the third floor of a secure residence just 300m from the city center and Boramar beach with its historic monument, the church bell tower. It is made up of three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate eight people. You will fall under the spell of the services, the living space and the beautiful light it offers you, opening onto a pleasant balcony with a view of Fort Saint Elme where you can enjoy summer aperitifs. The living room is composed of a dining area, as well as a lounge area with a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine.
