Located in the Domaine de l'Arselle area of Chamrousse 1700, this co-ownership apartment is ideally positioned close to the slopes and shops, providing easy access to both winter sports and local amenities. Situated on the first floor of the Aster village building C, the apartment enjoys a south-west exposure, offering pleasant natural light throughout the day. It accommodates up to six people with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living area and two bedrooms, each with twin beds (80x190 cm), one of which is separated by a sliding door from the living room. Pets are not allowed, and guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels, with optional rentals available upon request.
The apartment’s kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a top fridge, four electric hotplates, a microwave, a mini-oven, and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the toilets are separate. For additional comfort, the apartment is equipped with a variety of special amenities, such as an electric coffee maker, a Senséo coffee machine, and a fondue set, perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the slopes.
