The two-story house combines classic charm with comfort. The living room has satellite TV and connects to the dining area through a traditional Mallorcan arch. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and offers access to the backyard. A toilet and a bathroom with a shower are also located on this floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, and radiator; the other with two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, radiator, and fan. The second bathroom, with a bathtub, completes the first floor. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a crib and high chair on request.

The house is centrally heated with diesel heating and is located just 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. Santa Margalida village offers all the services you need for an independent stay.
