The private 12m x 6m chlorine pool has a depth of 1.20m to 1.80m, plus an outdoor shower to refresh after a day of island sightseeing. The pool area is surrounded by a garden with ten sun loungers, a children's play area, a ping-pong table, and a tennis court. A porch offers the perfect spot for dining or drinks, with an outdoor bathroom and table for al fresco dinners under the stars.

The villa combines traditional and modern elements across two floors. The main floor features a living-dining room with AC and satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.

The villa has 6 bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one with a double bed and en suite bathroom, the other with twin beds). Upstairs are three more bedrooms with twin beds and one with a double bed, all with en suite bathtubs. There’s also a separate annex with a double bedroom, en suite whirlpool bath, and kitchenette.

Located in Santanyí, near Cala Santanyí and Cala Mondragó beaches.
