Enjoy al fresco dining and barbecues on the multiple terraces, while kids play in the garden and adults can enjoy a game of petanque. The property is fully private with no direct neighbors.

On the ground floor, the bright living-dining room offers a comfortable space to relax, with satellite TV for entertainment. The kitchen, with a second dining area, is fully equipped with a gas and vitro-ceramic stove, ideal for preparing meals. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A double bedroom, two bathrooms with showers, and a guest toilet complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (all with double beds) and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room, plus an additional shower room. A small gym is also upstairs.
