Located in the coastal village of Can Picafort, this house offers the perfect balance of proximity to the beach and a quiet retreat. With two terraces (front and back), the back terrace is ideal for al fresco meals or enjoying a breakfast in the shade under a large parasol. In the evening, a mobile barbecue is available for grilling vegetables or meat. The property is fenced with neighbors nearby.

Built in 2017, the house features a modern Mediterranean style, with stoneware floors, light-colored furniture, and charming artwork. The spacious living room, with satellite TV, opens into the dining area, which seats 6 people. The dining room has a door leading to the back terrace, making it easy to enjoy meals both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, and basic utensils for preparing simple dishes.

One of the twin rooms has an en-suite shower bathroom. There are two additional bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The house also provides two cots and high chairs. Ducted air-conditioning (cold air) is available throughout.

Can Picafort’s sandy beach, with crystal-clear waters, is just 0.5 km away and offers sunbeds, parasols, and beach bars. The area also has a variety of shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. The old town of Alcudia, with its cobblestone streets, is 12 km away, and nearby Alcanada features a seaside golf course.
