Cancellation term

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before arrival will receive 100% of the booking amount back. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before arrival, you will receive 50% back. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund. Nevertheless, the landlord makes every effort to rent the rental property elsewhere. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or Termination can only be made in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.
