Cancellation term

Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the rental price is due within 14 days of booking. The remaining payment of 50% of the rental price and deposit is due 4 weeks before the arrival date. Your reservation is only valid once we have received your first payment. If we do not receive your deposit within 14 days, we will cancel your reservation. If your second payment is not credited to our bank account 4 weeks before your arrival, we will cancel your reservation. There is no refund of the deposit. In the event of cancellation, the payment is not refundable. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance at any time.

By ticking the box you confirm that you: (i) agree to the booking request for 24 hours; (ii) accept the cancellation conditions mentioned on the website; (iii) agree to pay if the host accepts this booking request within 24 hours, and the booking is binding; (iv) agree to the free registration with Traum-Ferienwohnungen; and (v) accept the general terms and conditions and privacy policy.
