The open-plan L-shaped living room, dining room, and kitchen are bright & spacious wrapping around from the front to the back of the villa. The interior dining room table seats 8 people and is dressed beautifully with an elegant chandelier.
The living and dining rooms offer a full view of the garden and swimming pool again important for those with small kids using the pool. The kitchen as you would expect is fully equipped with high-end appliances & utensils pleasing both chef and diners alike.
The interior of the villa is modern & bright and distributed across 2 floors. There are 6 bedrooms in the villa which sleeps 12 people and a sofa bed allows for up to 14. In total there are 4 ensuites, 2 twin bedrooms.
Two of the suites are on the ground floor, one with its own separate entrance and the other with a salon/TV room facing the garden. These 2 suites have the option to communicate if preferred.
The Master Ensuite is located on the First Floor. The Suite is bright & spacious and has access to a large roofed terrace, the full width of the house which offers shade during the day and a cool outdoor living area by evening; perfect for an after-dinner drink overlooking the pool and garden.
Also on the first floor, there are 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.

The remaining 70% of the villa rental will be due for payment 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date.
The damages deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure by bank transfer once everything is deemed to be in order and in line with contract and checkout requirements.
