Cancellation term
The tenant can cancel the contract at any time under the following conditions:
A cancellation fee of only 50€ for processing will be charged. Any deposit made will be refunded, with the 50€ being retained.
up to 10 days before arrival: 100% refund of the paid deposit
In case of a later cancellation or no-show, the paid deposit is due.
Substitute tenants are possible!
