The house has three bedrooms, one with a box-spring double bed, one with box-spring single beds, and one with bunk beds. Modern bathroom and separate toilet. The holiday home is suitable for 6 people.

It may happen that you have to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the vacationer or their representative must inform Park Drentheland in writing or by phone (during office hours). In most cases, cancellation or modification involves costs.
4.1.1. In the event of cancellation, the vacationer pays a fee to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if cancellation occurs more than three months before arrival;
- 50% of the agreed price if cancellation occurs within three to two months before arrival;
- 75% of the agreed price if cancellation occurs within two to one month before arrival;
- 90% of the agreed price if cancellation occurs within one month before arrival;
- 100% of the agreed price if cancellation occurs on the day of arrival.
4.1.2 The cancellation costs will be refunded pro-rata after deduction of administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the vacationer and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part thereof.
