The beautiful newly built Villa Duplich is located in the tranquil town of Å ajini. The location of the villa will provide you with complete peace and the feeling of a true vacation. It is surrounded by nature and only 13 km from the sea.
The villa is fully furnished with style. The courtyard of the house is adorned with a large infinity pool (35 m2) surrounded by an expansive sunbathing area, an outdoor kitchen and dining room, and a place to relax on comfortable sun loungers, perfect for enjoying your first morning coffee by the pool.
Step into the beautifully decorated interior, where you will find everything you need for a flawless vacation. On the ground floor of the villa, there is an open living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a toilet, and a bedroom with a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each room has access to its own terrace, where you will surely prefer to start or end your day, enjoying the harmony of nature.

This enticing villa is nestled in the Istrian countryside, offering a wide array of activities for your vacation. Just 7 km from the villa lies the medieval town of Barban, famous for the ancient knight's game "Trka na prstenac". Animal lovers, especially horse enthusiasts, will certainly find the Ranch Barba Tone interesting, and adrenaline junkies will find the Glavani Adrenaline Park just 1 km away! Then there are numerous hiking and biking trails through nature and along the sea. And of course, after all those activities, you can replenish your energy with Istrian food and wines in the nearby taverns. For those wishing to explore the Istrian islands, tourist boats and ferries are available just a few kilometers from the villa.
