Arrival: In summer, easy access via unpaved forest road. In winter, access via the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen II, must occur by 15:00 at the latest (Euro 15.00 PER PERSON!!).
Mountain lodge feeling at its finest
You arrive and simply feel free! With your arms wide open, you take a deep breath of the wonderful mountain air and are completely overwhelmed by this fantastic panorama. No matter where you turn or how you move, you can see the peaks of the Hohe Tauern stretching far beyond the valleys.
You find yourself at the mountain station of the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen. As soon as you step out of the gondola, you see the new mountain restaurant with its region-typical, rustic facade.
Your spacious apartment is accessible on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The furnishings are modern with lots of wood and a current alpine chic, just like the entire lodge. The Danish stove creates a cozy, romantic atmosphere in winter or on cool summer evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired – it's a pity that you probably won't use it often, given the award-winning restaurant kitchen (open from 08:30 to 16:00)!
A lovely spot for children, bikers, and nature lovers

and playground
Here it's also easy for the kids to make new friends, as the excursion destination is often visited by families. The peak enjoyment with a traditional summit cross is only 1 kilometer away, and as a reward for all efforts, the reservoir lake invites you to cool off.
The views of hikers and mountain bikers are captivated by
the Kitzbühel Alps,
the Hohe Tauern,
especially the Venediger and Glockner groups.
Ski IN – Ski OUT at Resterhöhe
Theoretically, you can leave your ski equipment at home. Next to your ski lodge, not only is the mountain station of the Kitzbühel cable cars located, but also a sports shop that equips you completely for all mountain situations.
Children and ski beginners can slowly get used to the skis that mean the world. The “magic carpet” and ski school, just 40 meters from your vacation home, introduce you gently to skiing fun.
Arrival: In winter via the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen II. Arrival must occur by 15:00 at the latest. You can park your car during your stay directly at the large parking area Breitmoos on the B161. In summer, access to the mountain restaurant is possible. However, the landlord expects you at the parking lot of the middle station and will accompany you to the apartment.
