The farmhouse, built in 1938, is situated in a completely quiet location on a sunny plateau at Pass Thurn, just a few kilometers outside the small town of Mittersill. Because it offers so much space, it is absolutely perfect for a holiday with friends or with the large family.

In 2008, the owners completely renovated and expanded the holiday home with great care. The entire building is dominated by old wooden beams - this appearance makes an impression and is something special for a group holiday! After a long day, a visit to the small wellness area with sauna and infrared cabin ensures relaxation.
A warm "Grüß Gott" upon arrival with a welcome schnapps from the private distillery kicks off the holiday.
Bread roll service is available at any time, except on Sundays and public holidays.

There awaits the Kitzbühel ski area with 170 km of well-prepared slopes, the Snowpark Hanglalm, numerous off-piste routes, rustic huts, and beautiful restaurants.
