We present our new holiday home at the Success holiday park Rhederlaagse Meren in Lathum (near Arnhem).
The new bungalow is on a very nice plot of land, framed by hedges with a view of a pond from the terrace.
It has one bedroom with two single box spring beds and one room with two box spring beds put together (double bed).
It is therefore ideal for a family with two children (there is no baby bed and it will not fit in the two bedrooms).
There is also a modern bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, gas stove and large fridge with freezer compartment and a living-dining room.
Air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate indoors even on hot days. In winter, gas central heating offers plenty of warmth.
In the living room there is a Smart TV with German satellite television.
The south-western terrace faces south and is furnished with a table and four chairs. To the west, a beautiful lounge corner is the perfect place to simply relax.
You have a sunny spot at any time of day. A large parasol is available for shade.
Two sun loungers are available for relaxing in the garden.
There is also a new, high-quality kettle grill, a CD radio system with Bluetooth capabilities for streaming, for example via a smartphone.
Wifi can either be booked at reception through the park (very slow and expensive) or through me (faster and cheaper).
The house is a non-smoking house; pets are not allowed.

About the park: it is beautifully situated in natural surroundings on a large lake with access to the Ijssel with private sandy beach. There is also a new outdoor pool with slide.
There is a small marina; boats can be rented. Same goes for bicycles. The park also has a restaurant.
Beautiful Arnhem can be reached in 15 minutes by car or in 10 minutes by train from Duiven.
The area is also ideal for beautiful bike rides.
The park is easy to reach by car; after about 15 minutes after the border crossing at Emmerich/Elten you're there!
So whether you want to relax, cycle or swim, you can enjoy your holiday here!
