Cancellation term
The tenant can cancel the contract at any time under the following conditions:
up to 42 days before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit paid
A fee of Euro 25.- will be retained for cancellation processing.
In case of a later cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid is due.
Substitute tenants allowed!
In cooperation with Hanse Merkur Insurance, we offer our guests travel protection insurance.
