Located just about 45 minutes from Palma Airport, our house presents itself as bright, spacious, and modern in Alcanada - an upscale villa settlement of Alcudia. Situated in a quiet area and only 150 meters from the sea, it is suitable for families and friends.
Spanning approximately 220 sqm of living space, our house has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and accommodates up to 8 people. We are happy to provide a high chair and baby cot upon request. WiFi is available throughout the house. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom, bathroom, and a large living-dining kitchen with high-end equipment (Gaggenau stove and other German manufacturers). The living room is bright and welcoming with large balcony windows flooding the space with light, and from the large balcony, you can see the sea.
The lower floor houses three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One room has direct access to the pool and a large walk-in closet. In general, each room has large built-in wardrobes. Our villa is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, and the bathrooms have underfloor heating, making it optimally usable all year round. A washing machine and various household appliances such as a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, etc., are also available for guests to use.
The pool, measuring approximately 32 sqm, invites you to swim laps (Attention! Due to the depth of 1m-2.50m, the pool is not suitable for small children or non-swimmers). In the back area, you will find a cozy lounge corner with a stainless steel grill, and in the front, there is a dining set for up to 10 people.
The proximity to the sea, the golf course, as well as the cycling and hiking trails make our villa an optimal sporting highlight.

Balance payment: 4 weeks before arrival

Check-in time: no earlier than 4:00 PM
Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
For a withdrawal up to the 90th day before the start of the trip: 10% of the rental price.
For a withdrawal from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 30% of the rental price.
For a withdrawal from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price.
For a withdrawal from the 29th day to the 1st day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price.
Touristensteuer: € 2,20 pro Person pro Nacht (nicht inbegriffen) vom 1. April bis zum 31. Oktober.
