It offers a fantastic view to the Allgäu mountains and serves as an ideal base for hiking, biking (road and mountain) , playing golf, triathlon practices, trips to the Allgäu mountains and lakes, and all kinds of winter sports (downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, sledging, and snowshoe hiking). The modern style maisonnette has a size of 70 m² (floor 90 m²) with a family room of 28 m², covered balcony, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a parking in the houses' garage.
