We are pleased that you have found our "Almwiese". Our apartment is located in the quiet yet centrally located house ''Aurikel'' in Steibis, just a few steps from the town center and the ski lift!

Your holiday accommodation has 54 sqm and has been completely renovated by us, providing space for 2-4 people. It consists of a spacious bedroom, a cozy living room, a beautiful bathroom, and a homely kitchen.
On the wonderful completely covered balcony, you can enjoy the midday and evening sun....
Im Preis inbegriffen ist die Nutzung der Tiefgarage sowie alle Leistungen , die das ''Oberstaufen-Plus''-Leistungspaket beinhaltet. Hinzu kommt noch die Kurtaxe ( z.Zt. 3,50 Euro pro Tag für Erwachsene und 1,75 Euro pro Tag für Jugendliche ) sowie die Endreinigungspauschale mit 75,- Euro. Auf Wunsch wird ein Wäschepaket zur Verfügung gestellt ( bezogene Betten, Handtücher, Küchenhandtücher), dieses wird mit 14,- Euro pro Person berechnet.
Bei Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 20 % des Reisepreises zu leisten. Restzahlung bitte spätestens 2 Wochen vor Reiseantritt.

Sie erhalten von ihr neben dem Schlüssel und den ''Oberstaufen-Plus-Karten'' sämtliche Informationen,die Sie benötigen.
Die " Almwiese" steht Ihnen am Anreisetag generell ab 14.00 zur Verfügung. Eine individuelle Anreise besprechen Sie bitte mit unsere Betreuerin vor Ort. Die Kontaktdaten bekommen Sie von uns mit Ihrer Rechnung.
Die Abreise sollte bis 10 Uhr erfolgen.
