Located in Schwendau, our apartment, spread over two floors, is the ideal place to relax for 2-8 people. The whole apartment is non-smoking. On a total area of 115 m² there are three bedrooms (one of which has a balcony), a bathroom, two toilets and a large living and dining area with a kitchenette. The apartment also has a terrace with a garden, a balcony and a ski room.

The apartment on the Ziller is located in a quiet but central location. At only 1 km away, which corresponds to a 15-minute walk, the well-known town of Mayrhofen is only a stone's throw away. A highlight is that the entrances to via ferrata are right next to us. The Ziller promenade (ideal for walks) also starts right in front of our apartment. In winter, the cross-country skiing trail is only 50m away and the next ski bus stop is only around 200m away.
On the A12 Inntal motorway, take the Wiesing exit and drive on the B169 Zillertalstraße through the Brettfall tunnel. Follow the Zillertalstraße to Mayrhofen (approx. 30 km). At the roundabout in Mayrhofen take the first exit and turn right onto Schwendauerstraße. Follow Schwendauerstraße for about 500m and turn right after the bridge. After another 250m you will see our house on the left.
