At the crossroads of the magnificent beaches of Dinard, the corsair town of Saint-Malo, the authenticity of medieval Dinan, you can easily reach Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte to the west and the bay of Mont Saint Michel to the east, an exceptional site classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Discover also the "Petites Cités de Caractère" (small towns of character) such as Combourg, the cradle of Romanticism loved by Chateaubriand, Bécherel the town of books, Léhon or Jugon-les-Lacs in the Côtes d'Armor...
Each season brings its own charm to the landscape and colours your stay. For a weekend or a longer stay, come and get the energy you need.
Arrivals are between 4:30 and 7:30 pm in the residences.
We ask you to make an appointment to collect the keys a few days before your arrival.
Departures are scheduled for 10:00 am.

- TERMS OF TERMINATION
The lease is irrevocably binding on both parties. The reservation of the
reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has paid the deposit. The tenant undertakes
to pay the total amount for the stay. Any cancellation must be communicated by registered letter.
However, it is agreed that the cancellation of the stay is possible in case of force majeure and
inability to take the accommodation (illness, death, etc.), as evidenced by an official document or
official certificate), or in the event of a travel and/or residence ban in connection
with the COVID.
In the event of termination for reasons other than force majeure:
- between 60 and 45 days, the deposit will be refunded.
- between 44 and 30 days, the lessor retains 10% of the rental amount.
- between 29 and 15 days, the landlord retains 25% of the rental amount, i.e. the amount of
the deposit.
- between 14 and 7 days, the tenant must pay 50 % of the rental amount.
- less than 6 days, the tenant must pay the full amount of the stay.
Visitor's tax: 1,32€ / person/day, guests under 18 years free of charge
