Newly renovated and in a perfect location you will find a lovely holiday home on two levels for your perfect family holidays.
On the first floor you will find a spacious and bright living room with an open and, of course, fully equipped kitchen area.
There is also a big dining table and a very comfortable sitting area, a Smart-TV and cost-free WiFi.
The bright and modern daylight-bath is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find an amazing, bright and generous bedroom-loft.
The new and comfortable double bed is located in the open loft area, as well as a further, "hidden" single bed, another sitting area and a big wardrobe.

There are two balconies, one on each floor, with a nice view to the sides (citiy view to the right and mountain view to the left side).
This place is located very close to the famous Karwendelbahn, a cable car that takes you up to the second highest cable car station in the whole of Germany.
