Dear guests, welcome to the Aparthaus Karwendelblick in Pertisau on Lake Achensee.
Situated amidst a breathtaking mountain backdrop, the apartment house is located in a quiet, sunny forest edge location, away from the main road. Lake Achensee can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. Our house is at an altitude of 930 meters and is located in the heart of the Karwendel Nature Park, making it a perfect starting point for numerous excursion destinations and activities. Whether hiking, winter hiking, swimming, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking, and much more – nothing stands in the way of a varied and relaxing vacation.
Cross-country skiing is especially a true highlight at Lake Achensee. Over 200 kilometers of trails are waiting to be explored by you. The first access point is directly at the Karwendel Nature Park - about a two-minute walk from our houses. The nearest skiing area is only about 500 meters away, as well as idyllic winter hiking trails that start at the entrance of the Karwendel Nature Park. The combination of mountains and lake offers, especially in summer, a perfect opportunity to make your vacation as varied as possible. Be it a plunge into the refreshing Lake Achensee, a mountain tour high above Lake Achensee, or a mountain biking tour – the Achensee holiday region is unique in many different facets.
At the Aparthaus Karwendelblick, you will find the two holiday apartments Mondschein and Sonnjoch. In the Aparthaus Rofan, there is the holiday apartment Seeberg. From the balcony or terrace of your holiday apartment, you can enjoy views of the stunning mountain scenery of the Karwendel mountain range. All apartments also have their own garden grill. All guests can use the washing machine and dryer in the Aparthaus Rofan for an additional fee. We are also happy to offer you a bread roll service for the duration of your stay. Inntalautobahn A12 (Vignettenpflicht), Ausfahrt Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, nach 7 Kilometern im Zentrum von Maurach nach Pertisau abbiegen. Es ist auch eine mautfreie Anreise über den Achenpass oder Bad Tölz möglich. Von München bis zur Autobahnausfahrt Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass oder Bad Tölz – über die Staatsgrenze über Achenkirch und Maurach nach Pertisau.
Wenn Sie nach Pertisau kommen, fahren Sie die Straße am Ortseingang links am Berg entlang in Richtung Karwendeltäler. Sie fahren an der Karwendel-Bergbahn vorbei und bleiben auf dieser Straße (leicht rechts). Am Hotel Karlwirt vorbei immer geradeaus bis zur Ortstafel "Ortsende". (Fahrzeit ca. drei Minuten). Dort sehen Sie einen Straßenhügel und Sie erblicken das Schild Ortsende von Pertisau. Vor dem Straßenhügel an der Kreuzung mit der kleinen Verkehrsinsel orientieren Sie sich nach rechts (gegenüber Haus Regenbogen). Sie bleiben mit dem Auto stehen und schauen, wo die Hinweisschilder für die Häuser sind. Nun sehen Sie ein Schild zum Aparthaus Rofan. Fahren Sie dem Pfeil des Hinweisschildes entlang. Sie sehen ein großes Haus mit dem Namen Anita und ein großes gelbes Haus. Direkt neben dem gelben Haus ist das Haus Rofan auf der linken Seite. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt im Haus Rofan.
Anreise mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: Mit dem Zug zum Bahnhof Jenbach. Von dort mit dem öffentlichen Bus an den Achensee. Siehe Busfahrplan www.vvt.at. Die Anreise zum Achensee nach Pertisau ist unter Vorzeigen Ihrer Reservierungsbestätigung kostenlos.
Die nächst gelegenen Flughäfen sind Innsbruck (50km), München (ca. 140km) und Salzburg (ca. 150km).
