Cancellation term
Cancellations are always inconvenient – for you and for us. It is a pity when flats stay vacant although other guests would have liked to book them.
Please understand that in case of a cancellation, you'll be charged for 3 nights.
No fees are charged if we are able to re-let the accommodation.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, we'll charge 90% of the booking price.
In case of early departure you will be charged 100% of the booking price.
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance in order to avoid inconveniences with possible costs.
