Inside you find 85 m2 of simplicity and comfort. The living-dining room, equipped with AC, offers two sofas to rest, read a book or watch TV, as well as to enjoy your meals all together. In the kitchen, the ceramic hob, the oven and the rest of the appliances and utensils invite you to cook your best recipes. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board also are right here. The apartment features 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed, AC, a closet and space for a baby cot and a high chair; another with two twin beds and a closet; and the last one with a single bed. Finally, a bathroom with a tub and an electric radiator complete this accommodation.
This apartment which is located on a second floor with elevator, offers a fantastic corner terrace where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning feeling the soft and fresh sea breeze. In addition, this little terrace will allow you to spend time watching people going by the street and enjoying as well as you the atmosphere in their cosy terraces.

The location is perfect because Puerto de Alcudia is an area with all services just a few steps away: cafes, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, and the beach, of course. A beach of fine sand and crystalline water skirting the coast along 7 km, from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort. If you don't rent a car, the bus passes by every 15 minutes in the summer and you can visit Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença or Palma, among others. If you rather rent a car, you will reach other dream-like places like the family beach of Son Serra de Marina, Cala San Vicente or the charming villages of Sóller, Valldemossa or Deià. They really are worth a visit.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
