In the heart of the Swabian Forest, where the districts of Rems-Murr, Ostalb, and Schwäbisch Hall meet, adjacent to the Rot and Seebachtal nature reserve, the holiday home is in a valley with two other farmsteads, a horse farm, and a small sawmill. In Gschwend, which is only 4.7 km away, there are shops, excellent restaurants, culture with the Gschwend music winter, and a small bathing lake. The cities of Schwäbisch Gmünd, Schwäbisch Hall, Welzheim, Schorndorf, and Aalen are all nearby.
Idyllic: coming from Gschwend or Frickenhofen in the direction of the Rappenhof, exit on the right and continue through a forest. Then continue straight ahead, leave the Linsehof on the left, and drive down into the valley. You will see the half-timbered house on the right hand side. Continue until you see the private driveway on the right with a sign saying “Wolfsmühle 2, Betreten für Unbefugte verboten”. Follow the private path sharply to the right for about 80 m. You will have then reached the Welzheimer Wald holiday home.
Or: Arriving via the town of Birkenlohe, use the “Wolfsmühleweg” municipal road, which leads through the sawmill and further along the horse farm until you see the private driveway on the left.

A cancellation of the trip can be declared in writing at any time before the start of the trip. The time of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.
In the event of withdrawal from the rental agreement, the tenant must pay a lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost income in the following amount:
Up to 41 days before departure: free cancellation
Up to 40 days before departure: 20%
Up to 30 days before departure: 30%
Up to 15 days before departure: 50%
Up to 1 day before departure or no-show: 90%
