Cancellation term

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings from 4 weeks before arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a coronavirus case, short-term cancellations are possible, but the deposit or a part of it may be retained. If the accommodation of guests is prohibited, cancellation will be free of charge.
