Villa Freesia is a beautiful, modern villa, newly built and furnished to the highest standard. It is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Saint Paul de Vence. There are five spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the entire interior is air-conditioned. The property enjoys a wonderful location with stunning views of the sea and the surrounding mountain landscape.
The villa offers five spacious bedrooms spread over 3 floors and is fully air-conditioned. On the first floor there is a bright living area with dining table and large sliding doors to the terrace overlooking the pool. From the terrace there are views of the infinity pool (heatable) and the sea.
The villa has been decorated in a modern style and offers a well-equipped modern kitchen with induction / gas hob and American fridge, a large living and dining room that opens out onto a beautiful terrace from where guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the hills and the Mediterranean Sea.
On the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom (180x200) with bathroom. On the second floor there are a further 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.
On the garden level there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. One of the rooms even has its own kitchenette. There is also a fully equipped utility room here.
The beautifully maintained garden has a large saltwater pool (can be heated), surrounded by sun loungers and with a large dining area for 10 guests with a gas barbecue. A lovely shaded area with sun loungers overlooking the pool is perfect for relaxing.
The property has secure parking for 3/4 cars.
