Cancellation term

Cancellation costs incurred by the tenant in the event of withdrawal from the contract: in case of cancellation up to 90 days before handing over the keys, 20% of the rental price is due, in case of cancellation up to 30 days before handing over the keys, 50% of the rental price is due, in case of cancellation up to 10 days before handing over the keys, 80% of the rental price is due.
