Description

The Villa is a single-floor easily accessible building, flooded with light weaving through the airy outdoor patio. The property renovation ended in May 2019 and has been made tastefully and to a very high and modern standard.
The Villa accommodates up to 6 persons. Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided while you stay.
Smart 55” TV with Netflix and Prime Video free access
The outdoor space is very pleasant with a spacious patio equipped with sofas, chairs and tables and overlooking the private swimming pool that sets in outstanding condition with a shaded yard and pool beds. A large garden with fruit and olive trees and a barbecue facility complete the property exterior area.

The Villa sits on more than 1,5 acres of a private fenced land immersed in the quiet and silent countryside near Manduria while only few minutes away from the Apulian crystal-clear sea and to the city center of Manduria, the capital of Primitivo wine.
The nearest beaches are a 8-minute drive away, while Manduria city center and its shopping and restaurant area is just 4-minute.

Getting there

Brindisi Airport is just 45 Km away from Corte del Sole.
Using a car is strongly suggested to reach the place and to move around

Sehr schöne, grosszügige Anlage. Einrichtung sehr modern und mit Liebe gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen.

Wir haben zweieinhalb Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa mit Pool verbracht.

Unsere Gastgeberin Simona hat uns sehr herzlich Willkommen geheissen und uns für unseren Aufenthalt mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in näherer und ferneren Umgebung versorgt.

Die sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit ihren 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern, sowie dem großzügigen Koch- und Wohnbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Pool läd zum toben und der Garten zum Relaxen ein.

Die Villa liegt, ganz nach unserem Geschmack, abseits vom Trubel, ca. 10 Autominuten vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt.

Viele tolle Städtchen zum Erkunden sind mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Ein Stück bella Italia :)
