Location of the flat on the 1st floor. In the house there is another holiday flat, a studio and a room. The host family lives in the house. The parking place for your car is directly in front of the house.

The predominantly green and very bay-rich island of Losinj owes its subtropical-looking vegetation to many generations of seafarers who brought numerous exotic plants home as souvenirs from faraway countries and created parks with palms, agaves, oleanders and orange trees. The idyllic fishing village of Nerezine is a popular holiday resort for boat owners and nature lovers, who can set out from here on adventurous tours of the island. Along the harbour promenade is also the centre of the tourist infrastructure, which leaves nothing to be desired with a shopping centre with supermarket, restaurants and cafés.
