Holiday destination
The house is only 2km from the city center where you can find supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, and more. Not far from you will also find wineries. Possibility of boat trips, private chef upon request. And for any other information do not hesitate to write me.
Getting there
Take the A14 motorway, exit at Civitanova Marche and take the SS77 highway to Tolentino - Macerata, exit at Morrovalle and follow the signs for Monte San Giusto. You will find Via Fonte Ancona along the main road, before arriving in the city center. For any difficulty we can come and pick you up

Unglaublich, was Leo für uns alles gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft ist blitzblank sauber gewesen, alles notwendige ist in großer Auswahl da. Man ist in einer sehr ruhigen, friedlichen Umgebung, das Vogelgezwitscher hat uns fröhlich erwachen lassen. Der Pool ist riesig und gepflegt, die ausreichenden Liegen mit guten Auflagen bestückt. Nach einem kleinen Sportunfall wurde M. von Leos Vater physiotherapeutisch versorgt. Hier spürt man die italienische Herzlichkeit. Wir haben uns alle sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind mit Fliegengittern perfekt für einen ruhigen Schlaf, erstklassige Matratzen ebenfalls. Für uns war das einzige Manko, dass wir gerne 1 Zimmer mehr gehabt hätten. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten waren in jedem Zimmer mehr als für uns nötig. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Grazie LEO!!!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 3 Familien und jede hatte ihr eigenes Reich. Im Haus sind genügend Schlafzimmer und Bäder vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und der Außenbereich am Pool war ideal um draußen zu Essen und sich aufzuhalten. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder und die Wiese hat Platz zum Fußballspielen geboten. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit einem Buffet von regionalen Köstlichkeiten empfangen und waren immer da wenn man sie brauchte. Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufen und Stränden gab es und auf Nachfrage wurde auch ein 2. Mal ganz hervorragend wieder für uns gekocht und es gab einen netten Abend mit dem Vermieter und seiner Familie. Es ist alles sehr ordentlich gehalten und man hat gemerkt , dass alle sehr bemüht und herzlich waren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
