The interior of the villa extends over 2 levels, from the entrance stairs lead up to the entrance, which opens directly onto the entrance hall with cloakroom and on to the large open plan living and dining area. Large French doors open onto a small balcony and the entire living area is flooded with light and furnished with comfortable sofas and seating. Amenities include UK SKY TV and the interior is decorated with tasteful modern rock and pop music.
The well-equipped kitchen has a wooden breakfast bar for up to 5 people and French doors open onto a small breakfast terrace. Facilities include a large Aga gas stove, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, built-in microwave and two wine fridges.
From the living room stairs lead to the lower level with TV room with large comfortable sofas, perfect to escape the hot midday sun and ideal as a playroom for children. On the same level there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a bedroom with single beds and a double bedroom, both with a shared bathroom.
The gardens of Eze Rock surprise in the most pleasant way, they are divided into several different outdoor 'rooms'. The first room is the pool with pool terrace, great for sunbathing and relaxing. The large steps in the low end of the pool are ideal for children. From here you can access the summer kitchen and sheltered terrace with table and chairs for 8, complete with wall-mounted TV, open fireplace, bar, sink and wine fridge. A shower and toilet are also attached.
The walk continues through the garden, through a pergola covered in jasmine, to a playground with swings and slide. The entire interior is equipped with air conditioning.
