Cancellation term

You can always cancel before arrival. The receipt of a written declaration of withdrawal (by mail, with stamp) is decisive for compliance with the deadlines. If you do cancel, we have the right to ask for reasonable compensation for the rental arrangements made and for any lost expenses. The following cancellation fees apply: up to 21 days before arrival: 20% of the total booking price up to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the total booking price up to 7 days before arrival: 60% of the total booking price up to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking price less than 3 days or no show: 100% of the total booking price

By ticking the box you confirm that you: (i) agree to the booking request for 24 hours; (ii) accept the cancellation conditions mentioned on the website; (iii) agree to pay if the host accepts this booking request within 24 hours, and the booking is binding; (iv) agree to the free registration with Traum-Ferienwohnungen; and (v) accept the general terms and conditions and privacy policy.
