We welcome you to this cozy 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, which is located on the 1st floor and is equipped for 2 people.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a flat screen, cable TV, hi-fi system with CD player and radio. A WiFi connection is available (not part of the contract).
The integrated kitchenette in the living room is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine and dining corner.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m separate mattresses) and wardrobe. From there you have access to the 2nd balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The balcony from the living room faces south, where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and end the day with a glass of wine in the evening.
In the basement there is a laundry room equipped with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
A parking space is included with the apartment.
Pets are not allowed here and smoking is not permitted here.

When a rental agreement is concluded, the following cancellation costs are agreed:
Cancellation fee: € 55.00 plus:
up to 45 days before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the rental has started, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The
aforementioned cancellation costs apply subject to the tenant
providing proof to the contrary for the damage caused by the loss of rent and are limited to the specific damage caused by the loss of rent.
