A variety of activities for families with children at your doorstep. The Breitach mountain stream is only 100 meters away and offers children a fascinating natural adventure world. Right from the Walser Lodge you can start great hikes in the Wildental and Gemsteltal - where rustic huts with hearty meals await you. There is an organic riding centre right in the neighbourhood for horse riding, and the bus stops almost at your doorstep, so you can leave your car behind.
Via Oberstdorf turn towards the Kleinwalsertal, to Mittelberg, turn left there in the direction of Höfle, turn left towards Höfle again, at the fork turn left again in the of direction Höfle, then we are clearly visible on the right after about 1500 m., next to the small ski lift.

If you need to cancel your booking, we can gladly try to rent the apartment to someone else. There are of course no costs in that case.
However, if no other guest can be found for the period - neither by us nor by you - the following costs would result:
* More than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, free of charge
* Between 7 and 21 days prior to arrival, 70% of the price
* Within 7 days of the planned arrival, 95% of the price
