Welcome to our Lake View Apartment in Pai di Sotto, Torri del Benaco!
This apartment, used by our family for three generations, offers about 160 sqm with 3 bedrooms and a living room with dining area and fireplace, boasting a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Garda.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a lovely holiday. Stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine or espresso pot, kettle, washing machine, etc. The open kitchen with a bar and the fantastic view of the lake creates a great atmosphere for cozy cooking evenings at home, should you decide not to dine out at the surrounding restaurants.
The back rooms face the historic village of Pai di Sopra. There, the mountainous landscape brings a cool breeze in the evening and also offers great restaurants and hiking trips to the "Grotta Tanella" and the "Ponte Tibetano," a gigantic suspension bridge. Mountain bike tours into the hinterland lead through Crero all the way to Monte Baldo.
Directly in front of the house by the lake, there are several restaurants and pizzerias right on the water. An evening trip from Pai to Torri del Benaco is worthwhile. Other places such as the historically rich Malcesine, Garda, or Bardolino are also within a 10/15-20 minute drive... the evening drive along the lake is simply fantastic.
During the day, you can enjoy the nearby beach coves on foot, or jump directly into the water from a ladder right in front of the house! It's also great for a quick dip on hot evenings.
From the balcony, you look out onto a garden planted with olive trees and herbs. There is also a built-in charcoal grill, perfect for a barbecue evening.
On rainy days, or in winter/spring during hiking and ski vacations, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the television with satellite connection. The gas central heating provides the necessary warmth, or you can light the fireplace located in the living room.
The garage belonging to the apartment offers enough space for large cars and bicycles, or water sports equipment like SUPs, windsurf sails, etc. There is also an electric charging point for electric cars. The yard is secured with a code-controlled electric gate. Well suited for your belongings as well as the little ones.

Our lake view apartment is located in Torri del Benaco, Pai district, 200 meters from the lake. Restaurants 100 meters away and swimming beaches 300-400 meters away.
Destinations such as Monte Baldo, Verona, Sirmione, Bardolino, Garda can be reached within 15 to 45 minutes. From Torri del Benaco, there is a ferry that regularly crosses to the other side of the lake to Toscolano. This makes destinations on the other side of the lake quickly accessible.
Arrival is possible both by car and by airplane. However, it is recommended to rent a car from Verona airport, as the distance from there is 50 km.
By car, depending on the time of arrival, we recommend either taking the A22 motorway to the Affi exit (then continue via Albare, Costermano, Torri del Benaco) or, in the early morning or late evening, the particularly scenic route via the A22 to Casello di Rovereto, Mori, Torbole, Malcesine to Torri (Pai). During the summer months, the route via Affi is advisable if the arrival is between 09:00 and 19:00. Motorway toll from Brenner is 15.60 EUR (Affi) otherwise 12 EUR to Casello di Rovereto.
