Annullierung
1. Bei Annullierung hat der Urlauber dem Unternehmer eine Entschädigung zu bezahlen. Diese beträgt:
Bei Stornierung bis 42 Tage vor Anreise 50% des vereinbarten Preises;
Bei Stornierung zwischen 42 bis 28 Tagen vor Anreise 80% des vereinbarten Preises;
Bei Stornierung zwischen 28 bis 1 Tag vor Anreise 90% des vereinbarten Preises;
Bei Stornierung am Anreisetag oder nicht Anreise 100% des vereinbarten Preises.
2. Die Entschädigung wird im entsprechenden Verhältnis abzüglich der Verwaltungskosten zurück erstattet, wenn der Platz von einem Dritten auf Empfehlung des Urlaubers und mit schriftlicher Zustimmung des Unternehmers für denselben Zeitabschnitt oder einen Teil dieses Zeitabschnitts gebucht wird.
